Vanessa Donaville
Chief Executive Officer
Vanessa was born and raised in San Francisco California. She attended and graduated from SF State University with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Business and Marketing.
After working several years in the financial industry for large Investment firms and banks, Vanessa noted a need for establishing a true relationship with her clients. Spending time to get to know them personally and professionally. The desire to help clients understand not only the importance of long term investment strategies but what these are and how they work.
She decided to best achieve this by working directly for her clients. In July 1995, Vanessa established In Touch Investments, now In Touch Financial Services.
Staying “In Touch!” with her clients is highly important.
In Touch Financial Services, is a Registered Investment Advisor through the State of California. Vanessa A Donaville, the Sole Principal and Owner is an Investment Advisor Representative operating under the ITFS State registration. As such, she is one of the few African American women who hold this distinction.
Vanessa manages over $35 million dollars in assets for personal and corporate clients. She was featured in Black Enterprise magazine as a leading Advisor for Solano County. Vanessa is also a licensed Real Estate Broker and Mortgage Lending Office and owns and operates In Touch Realty Services an In Touch Investments.
In her free time, Pat enjoys gardening, baking and reading.

Pat is a native San Franciscan with a B.S in Business Administration, specializing in Accounting/Finance from San Francisco State University.
Pat has extensive experience in accounting and auditing, including working for a local Accounting and CPA firm, The Oakland Athletics, and PepsiCo, as a Business Unit Controller representing Pepsi as a member of the National Association of Black Accountants.
Growing up, Pat was privileged to be mentored by esteemed professionals in the community. As a result, she is likewise committed to giving back to her community, works hard, and gives her best every day.

Rodney Kearney
Senior Vice-President & Director of Mortgage Lending
Rod Kearney has worked for over 25 years in the Real Estate industry. He originally received his California Real Estate license in 1989 while in Southern California. Immediately he moved into a commercial real estate apprenticeship position with J. T. Graves Commercial Real Estate in Los Angeles Ca, where he learned the “ins-and-out” of the commercial real estate business. From there he was introduced into the world of Real Estate Financing.
Rodney’s career in mortgage lending spanned over the next 20 years in California with tenures at Countrywide Home Loans and First Magnus Financial Services Inc., as well as partnerships with Charter Funding Inc. For more than seven years He worked exclusively with realtors and major real estate firms as their “In-house” source for real-estate financing.
In 2011, Rodney took a brief leave from the world of real estate to serve as administrator for Metropolitan Fresh Start House Inc., a San Francisco based Non-profit residential program providing for the needs of homeless veterans. He continues to serve in that capacity today as a way of giving back to the community.
Rodney earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from UCLA with emphasis in public law and administration. He has since earned and held several industry licenses and certifications including a California Life & Disability – series 3 license, and a Mortgage Expert certification from Mortgage Educators & Compliance Inc., as well as membership in the National Association of Mortgage Brokers.
Rodney Kearney now brings his wealth of knowledge and experience to In Touch Financial Services as a managing partner over mortgage lending.
